I’m French, I grew up in the UK and I now live in Hong Kong, which makes me a tad confused about where I’m from.

I started writing stories as a kid to make up for the fact that my life wasn’t as exciting as The Famous Five stories I was reading at the time. I’ve had a few adventures since then, some real (like climbing Mount Kinanabalu and shark cage diving), most imaginary.

I’m still writing, but I’ve graduated from Famous Five fan fiction to Steampunk, Fantasy, and anything weird and wonderful. When not writing, I serve as a comfy seating area for two cats, as something for my dog to lick, and as a wife to the long suffering Husband.

If you want to reach me, you can find me at cfjeanjean@gmail.com, or on twitter at @celinejeanjean, or I’m always up for a chat in the comment section!

  1. Trés joli Blog, Céline! Né au Pakistan de parents français, élevé en Afrique, Grad school in the US, and now living in Mexico… I know perfectly ce que vous voulez dire!
Feel free to visit my blog Equinoxio. Fiction, travel and magic in English and spanish… Pour le français ça attendra un peu! 🙂
    A bientôt

    • Merci Brieuc!
So where do you feel you are from? That’s quite a mix! I’ll be sure to stop by your blog and say hi at some point.

Bon week-end. Brieuc

  5. Olla Celine! Completely inappropriate way if asking you this, especially as we don’t really know each other too well, but I love your writing and I’d love to have a word with you about writing for an online magazine a couple of friends and I started up a year ago. Drop me a line if you’re interested!
